The health of the scalp is directly related to the condition of the hair. Rigid, dry or stretched scalp, as well as dry, inflamed or fatty, can mean internal health problems and insufficient scalp care. Such moments always have a negative impact on the hair. You can avoid it using a mild shampoo and conditioner, carefully rinsing your hair, performing a daily scalp massage. Very much affects the scalp stress. Try to protect yourself from its influence, because the impact of stress causes dandruff and other harmful manifestations. Exercises, meditation, deep breathing, yoga or tai chi will bring peace and open up prospects in your life.

The appearance of dandruff

  • Often, dry, layered scalp becomes the cause of an erroneous diagnosis of dandruff. Sometimes for dandruff take exfoliated skin particles, formed as a result of the remaining means of hair care or inadequate head massage. If, after intensive and thorough washing of the head and massage, you still suffer from dandruff, psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis, consult your therapist or dermatologist for appropriate treatment.

Here are some tips on how to control the appearance of dandruff and fight it. I will remind you again, if after a week dandruff does not disappear, consult a therapist or dermatologist.

Add 3-5 drops of tea tree oil – this is a wonderful antiseptic – to a small amount of shampoo. Or find a shampoo and conditioner containing this oil.
Gently rub olive oil into the scalp (and leave overnight, if possible), then gently comb hair comb with soft bristles and wash with shampoo.

Ginger – a wonderful anti-inflammatory drug – another way to combat dandruff. Mix one part of the purified water with one part of the ginger broth and rinse the head with this mixture. You can also add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, such as jojoba oil, olive oil, sesame oil or almond oil, to freshly squeezed ginger juice and rub the resulting mixture into the scalp before going to bed. In the morning, wash it off with a mild shampoo.
